  • As early as possible — ideally 6 to 12 months out. We only take one event per date, and peak wedding season (May through October) fills up fast. If your date is open, now is a good time.

  • We make it a point to! Every booking includes a fully custom overlay designed for your wedding — fonts, colors, layout, all of it. We iterate until it feels completely yours.

  • Yes, always. Once you're booked, we reach out to your venue team directly to confirm placement, access times, and logistics. You don't have to be the middleman for a single thing.

  • We typically need around 10 by 10 feet including the backdrop and guest area. We'll confirm the exact setup with your venue directly — one less thing on your list.
